pretty good taste
This is is a good tasting sauce, the flavor is good. My only complaint is that you taste a little too much garlic and not enough pepper. I had another green jalapeno sauce that had a bit too much vinegar so I combined the two and it came out good(oh and I added a touch of Dave's insanity sauce for some heat)

AWESOME FLAVOR!!
This sauce is a great addition to your collection. The flavor is right there, with some heat, but not overpowering. More flavor than heat, with Blairs excellent quality. You won't go wrong with this one!

Mmm tequila
Bold flavors that taste great on lighter food. The flavors all meld quite nicely and you can taste the garlic, jalapenos, and lime. This is a good sauce for those non-heat heads, because it is very mild. If you are looking for a strong burn, look elsewhere. Quite tasty on fish tacos and other dishes where you don't want overwhelming heat.
