Missing something.
This sauce is good for making your eyes water, but it leaves your tongue hanging. Not much in the way of flavor, but the heat is in-your-face. I would suggest using this as an addition to chili or anything with a large volume to ease the bitey taste. Overall, a good sauce to have on hand, but Blairs' puts out better (see MegaDeath).

Extract-tastic
If you are sensitive to extract flavor DO NOT BUY THIS. It has a strong chemical taste and smell. It is hard to taste much besides the keytone chemical flavor. If you can stand the taste, it may be a good way to get heat. The burn is stingy and a few drops will be enough to get a good burn. Best used mixed with something that will diminish the chemical taste such as chili.
