This is the one
Extreme heat (I use it without dilution) and a very good flavor make this one of the best hot sauces on the market today. One of the few super hot sauces with an enjoyable flavor. Add a few drops of this stuff to alfredo sauce, it is absolutely incredible.

I love Blairs
This is great stuff. I own a restaurant, and we sell wings. When someone orders extra hot, I add a few drops of this to our wing sauce and they love it every time. I personally am addicted to it too, and I will mix it with Tapatio usually, to eat a quesadilla, (or something of the like), and I love it. I seriously think Blair's is the best hot sauce company out there. Thank you Blair. This addict appreciates your work!

Decent installment from Blair's
I was surprised at how hot this wasn't. Don't get me wrong, it is not for the meek, but not as extreme as I would have hoped for. As with most Blair's sauces, this stuff has some pretty good flavor. With the addition of the Buht Jolokia to the ingredient list on this one, I was expecting more, but was slightly disappointed. Were it not Blair's, I would most likely give it 5 out of 5, but being my favorite brand, I tend to give them a lot more scrutiny.

I'd call this hot....
This stuff is definitely hot! You'll feel it in the back of your throat and in your chest for a good while...It's not as hot as I was hoping it would be, but for the price it doesn't disappoint to much...I question the accuracy of it's SHU rating...does not seem that hot...great flavor, thick, and will seriously spice up your food...
