Breakfast Tortilla
Why shouldn't the first meal of the day have the same zest and flavor as the other two? Here's a breakfast that's anything but bland.
1 Tbs vegetable oil
1/2 large onion, sliced
1/2 cup crumbled cooked chorizo
1/2 cup Caboom! Picante Sauce
1 large jalapeno sliced thinly lengthwise
2 Tbs chopped hot chiles
6 extra large eggs
3 Tbs milk
1 tsp salt
10 oz. sliced or hash-brown style potatoes
Warmed Tortillas
Heat vegetable oil in saucepan. Add onion, chorizo, jalapeno, chiles, and
hashbrowns. Saute until tender over medium heat. Remove from heat.
Beat eggs, milk, and salt together. Cook over medium heat while constantly stirring.
Blend all ingredients together and roll in warmed tortillas.
