fresh but little flavor or heat
I really wanted to like this product because it has such a cool bottle and I was hoping it would be good so I could order the other CaJohn's purees. The good thing is that it does not have a strong vinegar taste and the peppers are certainly fresh. The bad is that they taste rather bland and I have to wonder what kind of serrano peppers they used because this thing has almost no heat to it. I would use like you would use a puree for cooking, unfortunately it is way overpriced for something you would use in such volume.
