This salsa is way way too hot to be enjoyed uncut. The heat takes over almost instantly and holds hostage all the other elements which makes a great salsa standout. You end up with too much burn to enjoy it. Dark, roasted and smokey, almost gravy-like, it just looks like it's gonna sizzle your stomach lining compared to a standard pico. It is good, however, as an additive to other salsas that could use heating up, but my advice is to go slowly, test your limits and add a little at a time. This is hot stuff!
