surprising heat for a Jalapeno sauce and awesome flavor!
I really like the taste of Jalapeno but most Jalapeno sauces leave me longing for more heat. This one really surprised me when it came to the heat department. It has a great flavor, nothing complex but just very tastsy. Keep in mind most of my hot sauces are Habanero, Ghost Pepper or a combination of the two and this one made me have to take a breather to let the burn go down a bit!

Awesome
This was my first bottle of the Irazu sauces, but will not be my last. Great flavor on tacos, and outstanding on any egg dishes, especially egg, bacon and cheese on english muffins

Great Green Sauce
I love the flavor. It is mild compared to other types of pepper sauces but very flavorful.

Like a Gourmet jalapeno green sauce!
The folks at Irazu really got it down right. Excellent green sauce that is mild in heat but high on the flavor. Goes great on shredded cabbage in tacos and on burgers. Another good sauce to have for breakfast on egg sandwiches.
