This is one of the best flavored sauces that I have tasted. Just enough heat to taste what your eating. Well done.

Ghost pepper flavor - not mind blowing heat but you will SWEAT!
Had this all over the place at a crab pot boil with all the fixins ... good on everything from potatoes, shrimp, scallops and even slop your corn on the cob with it.
Best if you chant GHOST - GHOST - GHOST while people are trying it for the first time to get the hyped up. Even though it is not painfully hot ... you will discover new sweat glands over your face as he sweat beads will form on your nose, cheeks and forehead. Another very flavorful sauce from Irazu.

Nice heat and flavor
I always lean toward sauces that skip the vinegar. This one uses lemon juice, and it brings out the Jolokia flavor very well. The heat is not over powering, so you can really enjoy the simple pepper flavor that this brings to the table.

Plenty of heat
I just tried this on my eggs. It has plenty of heat for sure. Also a nice flavor.
